Corporate Solicitor 2 - 4 PQE - CheltenhamAre you looking to advance your career in corporate law? Working with experienced partners, you'll gain exposure to high-profile UK and cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and private placements.The RoleAs an Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering expert legal advice while handling a varied and dynamic workload. Key responsibilities include:
  • Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, IPOs, and private placements
  • Supporting private equity and investment transactions
  • Managing cases across corporate finance, joint ventures, and securities offerings
  • Drafting key legal documents with commercial precision and minimal supervision
  • Developing strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for business growth
  • Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
RequirementsTo be considered you will be an England and Wales qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with 2-4 PQE. The ideal candidate will have:
  • A strong understanding of corporate finance, private equity, and transactional work
  • Commercial awareness with exceptional communication skills
  • A proactive approach, managing tasks efficiently under time pressures
  • A collaborative mindset with confidence in working alongside senior professionals
  • The ability to build lasting client relationships and drive business development
