- Manage daily campus activities, ensuring a high standard of academic delivery, student engagement, and campus safety.
- Take full responsibility for campus operations during weekends.
- Coordinate and oversee academic programmes, ensuring curriculum delivery aligns with OfS higher education industry standards and students' career development needs.
- Familiar with UK quality assurance processes for education, ideally higher education.
- Develop and implement strategies to support students' career progression, including employability workshops, industry connections, and job placement initiatives.
- Collaborate with industry partners to facilitate internships and employment opportunities.
- Develop, promote, and facilitate the TLG Alumni to support networking opportunities.
- Utilise data collection and analysis tools to monitor student progress, engagement metrics, and employment outcomes.
- Generate reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Create timetables for effective and efficient operational output of all learning spaces, maximising capacity and establishing operational rhythms for financial and operational effectiveness.
- Lead and support the weekend teaching and support staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs, providing feedback to line managers.
- Be the primary point of contact for campus operations during weekends, ensuring smooth functioning and addressing any urgent issues.
- Proven experience in academic management or education leadership, with a strong understanding of career progression pathways and familiarity with higher or further education.
- Demonstrable knowledge in helping individuals secure employment, liaising with industry partners, and understanding labour market trends.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with data management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Experience in developing and delivering employability and career development programs.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required).
- Experience working with diverse student populations and fostering an inclusive campus environment
- This role includes working on Saturdays, with a day off during the week, including Sunday.
- One work-from-home (WFH) day per week is also included.
