We are seeking an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to support students in Chesham starting September 2025. This role is perfect for someone with experience in behaviour management, youth work, or mentoring who wants to make a real difference to young people’s education and emotional well-being.Main Responsibilities:Support students in class and small group interventionsHelp remove barriers to learning caused by behavioural or emotional challengesMentor students to develop confidence, motivation, and resilienceAssist teachers in maintaining a calm, respectful classroom environmentRecord behaviour incidents and contribute to intervention strategiesThe Ideal Candidate:Experience supporting students with behavioural needs in schools or youth settingsStrong communication skills and ability to build rapport quicklyCalm, patient, and consistent approachCommitment to promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulationTeam player with a growth mindsetEnhanced DBS required (or willingness to obtain one)Why Choose Supply Desk?
