- Guiding customers seamlessly through the sales process - from first enquiry to handover of their new Honda.
- Promoting and selling both new and used Honda vehicles.
- Upselling additional products such as Autoglym paint protection, SMART paintwork cover, Tyre & Alloy cover, Service Plans and Warranties.
- Using the latest digital tools and web platforms to market vehicles and manage enquiries.
- Managing your own diary and workload effectively, with support from the Sales Manager when needed.
- Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Proven background in sales (essential).
- Experience in the motor trade (preferred, but not essential).
- Target-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in using technology, websites, and digital platforms.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to prioritise your time effectively.
- Professional, customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Ongoing manufacturer training from Honda.

- Based at Yeomans Honda, Churt, Surrey.
- Full-time, permanent position, Hours - Monday-Saturday 8.30am-6pm with a day off in the week. Sundays 10am-4pm on a rota basis.
