With over 25 years in the industry, they are known for precision, consistency, and customer-focused production.We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable Production Assistant to support CNC machinists in a clean, modern, and well-equipped factory environment.What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting machinists with loading/unloading materials
- General production support and housekeeping
- Moving products through different stages of the process
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Previous factory or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
- Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts (2 days, 2 nights)
