  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop appropriate safeguarding plans for children and families, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and implement safeguarding strategies.
  • Provide evidence-based recommendations and interventions to promote the welfare of children.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and ensure compliance with relevant legislative frameworks.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings, case conferences, and court proceedings as required.
  • Offer support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders, sharing best practice and upholding the highest professional standards.
This role requires a Social Worker Safeguarding – Children specialist who can hit the ground running.
