- Ensure service levels and client expectations are consistently met
- Respond to enquiries via phone and email
- Provide quotes and secure necessary approvals
- Keep clients updated on job progress and scheduling
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow account value
- Prepare reports and attend client meetings
- Complete associated administrative tasks
- At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role within an office environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
