- Assisting teachers in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Supporting students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to tailor support to individual needs.
- Inspiring confidence, resilience, and independence in every student you work with.
- Have previous experience working with children or young people (experience with ALN is a big plus!).
- Be patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about education.
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS – don’t worry, we can process this for you!
- Be registered with the EWC (or willing to register).
- Be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
