Right now, we’re looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work with students who need a little extra support to thrive.What You’ll Do:As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting students with ALN, helping them to engage, grow, and succeed in their learning journey. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with ALN.
  • Assisting teachers in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Supporting students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to tailor support to individual needs.
  • Inspiring confidence, resilience, and independence in every student you work with.
What We’re Looking For:The ideal candidate will:
  • Have previous experience working with children or young people (experience with ALN is a big plus!).
  • Be patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about education.
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS – don’t worry, we can process this for you!
  • Be registered with the EWC (or willing to register).
  • Be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
