We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a leading logistics and distribution centre. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with immediate starts available for reliable, hard-working individuals.Job Duties Include:Order picking and packing using handheld scannersUnloading containers (first 3 days supervised training)Shadowing experienced pickers after initial trainingPicking light to medium-weight items (up to 15kg), such as beauty products and bagsExpected to work toward approximately 100 picks per hour (depending on product – no strict targets)⏰ Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly):Week 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PMWeek 2: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PMImportant Recruitment Information:
