Prospero Teaching are looking for enthusiastic and passionate graduates who are looking to gain classroom experience before starting teacher training. These are long-term placements begin throughout the academic year.
This is a highly rewarding role. The school are looking for individuals that are supportive, non-judgemental, patient, easy to talk to, positive and flexible. You must be able to speak to pupils in a manner which encourages and supports them, enabling you to build trusting relationships. You will be assisting the teacher and supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis.
- This is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain classroom experience before starting teacher training.

- Full support and guidance will be provided from Prospero's Training and Development Team, awarded 'Best Upskilling Provider' in the UK Business Awards 2024.

- A stepping stone to salaried routes to obtain qualified teacher status. We have links with teacher training providing providers where you can obtain QTS with no tuition fees.
