Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.What this job involves: As a Car Parking Attendant at JLL, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service in our parking facilities across our Rolls-Royce contract at Raynesway, Derby. You'll be the face of JLL, greeting clients and visitors with a warm smile while efficiently managing vehicle flow and maintaining a safe parking environment.What your day-to-day will look like:Monitor and control vehicle access to designated JLL-managed parking facilitiesIssue parking permits and collect fees where applicableProvide clear directions and parking assistance to tenants and visitorsMaintain security and safety within the car parkConduct regular patrols of the parking facilityRespond to customer inquiries and resolve parking-related issues professionallyEnsure parking regulations are followed and take appropriate action when necessaryReport any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns through proper channelsAssist with basic maintenance tasks and ensure parking areas remain clean and presentableLiaise with property management teams regarding any operational issuesAble to work as part of a Team or on own when required.Required Qualifications:Valid UK driving licence preferredExcellent customer service skills with a professional demeanourStrong communication abilitiesAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicAbility to stand for extended periods and walk throughout shiftsFlexible availability including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as requiredUnderstanding of health and safety regulations relevant to parking facilitiesPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in parking operations or customer service roles in the UKKnowledge of UK traffic laws and local council parking regulationsExperience in conflict resolution and problem-solvingProficiency in using mobile devices and basic computer applicationsJLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.At JLL, we embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritise opportunities to strengthen and advance your career within the UK and beyond.
