Salary: £34,900 - £37,227 per annum, with an additional £5000 welcome bonus.Sanctuary Personnel is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RMN or RNLD) to join a reputable healthcare facility situated at a hospital in Edgbaston, Birmingham.About Our Client:Located amidst picturesque gardens in Edgbaston, our client's hospital provides a comprehensive range of inpatient services, catering to diverse needs. These services encompass acute and psychiatric intensive care for adults aged 18-25, Child and Adolescent Mental Health, specialist Eating Disorder care, and private acute and addictions treatment programmes. - Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Contributing to the development of new services and care pathways
- Supporting the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
- Engaging in continuous quality improvement within the service
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN as either RMN or RNLD, with at least 12 months of post-qualification experience
- Demonstrable clinical expertise and a positive attitude towards change and quality improvement
- Ability to employ flexible and innovative approaches to practice
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
