- Recording, processing and matching invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements and supporting regular account reconciliations
- Preparing e-payment schedules and forecasts
- Handling supplier queries and setting up supplier accounts
- Assisting with sales ledger duties
- Supporting the wider finance team with reporting and audit preparation
- Must have Sage 50 experience
- Credit control experience would be beneficial
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent time management skills
- Must have own transport due to office location (free on-site parking provided)
- 4-day work week (9:00am – 5:00pm)
