- Optimise system performance through fine-tuning and calibration
- Deploy enterprise-level applications and manage updates
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing optimisation support
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and processes
- Act as the primary technical contact for assigned clients
- Host discovery meetings to understand operational needs
- Deliver presentations and demos to communicate technical concepts effectively
- Build strong relationships to drive satisfaction and maximise ROI
- Develop engaging e-learning materials and training content
- Deliver user training both remotely and on-site
- Provide ongoing support to encourage full system adoption
- Strong background in software configuration and system optimisation
- Experience in technical services or customer-facing technical roles
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and log analysis skills
- Confident communicator with technical and non-technical audiences
- Exposure to SQL or database querying - desirable
- Background in risk management, loss prevention, or security systems - desirable
- Experience with enterprise software deployment - desirable
- Ability to integrate AI tools into problem-solving processes - desirable
