Head Chef – £43,000 OTE (£38k basic plus tips and tronc)We’re looking for a Head Chef at the Case is altered in Pinner. You’ll be in charge of curating dishes and specials that showcase seasonal produce – our food vision is all about showing off the best of British cuisine, crafted with the best of British ingredients.Alongside menu development, you’ll oversee running the day-to-day service in our open-plan kitchen as well as coaching and developing the established team in our fully-staffed kitchen. You’ll look after all thing’s kitchen management and food safety while working closely with our GM Andrew to grow the business through creativity and consistency.The Case is Altered is situated in Eastcote Village, Pinner, and comes with plenty of space to entertain our guests. The stunning location is matched by the building itself and we enjoy a great local reputation.
