
Key Account Manager (Medical / Pharmaceuticals) - 100% remote

- Serve as the primary contact for key medical accounts
- Develop, coordinate and execute strategic account plans
- Conduct regular customer visits, manage sampling, and lead commercial negotiations
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Promote new product introductions and technical solutions
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to support customer projects
- Leverage internal networks to translate corporate strategies into customer value
- Gather market intelligence on pricing, volume, and share
- Maximize value capture through strategic pricing and growing existing businesses
- Maintain account data and activities in Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in medical or highly regulated technical industries
- Proven track record in key account management and business development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Willingness to travel within the UK/Ireland and occasionally across Europe
