A prestigious law firm recognised in the Legal 500 is currently seeking a Senior Associate with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE for its London office. Manage a diverse caseload including acquisitions, disposals, debt finance, management buy-outs, and company re-structuring
Draft shareholders’ agreements, partnership agreements, and various commercial contracts
Demonstrate strong technical skills and commercial awareness
Collaborate with the Corporate and Commercial team on high-value transactions

Requirements:

Strong technical background in corporate law
