- Benefits & Wellbeing: Design and manage global programs that enhance employee experience.
- Performance & OKRs: Lead OKR setting and tracking to drive alignment and performance.
- Shared Service Transformation: Optimize HR shared services for scalability and efficiency.
- Globalisation & Scalability: Build and expand HR operations globally to support business growth.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders.
- Process Innovation: Implement HR tech and process improvements for operational excellence.
- Proven leadership in HR Operations within a global organization (10,000+ employees).
- Expertise in HR compliance, administration, and benefits across multiple geographies.
- Experience in designing and scaling shared service models.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to performance and improvement.
- Strong leadership and team development skills across diverse cultures.
- Experience managing offshore HR teams, particularly in India.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of HRIS and digital HR solutions.
