We're looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor for a full-time, long-term role in Wirral, starting in September. If you have a calm approach and a desire to help students overcome personal challenges, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.What You Will Do for Students:You'll work with students aged 11-16 who have social, emotional, or mental health needs. Your day will be spent building trust, providing consistent support, and helping them find their way back to a positive learning path. Your work will directly impact their confidence, their well-being, and their future.What We Need From You:
- Experience: You should have at least 6 months of experience in a UK school.
- Availability: You must be able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Safeguarding: A valid Enhanced DBS check is essential (or you must be ready to apply for one).
- Right to Work: You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
