We're problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.This role will be within our MEICA and capital maintenance team. Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.Want to be a part of it?What will you be doing? As H&S Lead for MEICA Major Construction Projects across the UK, you ensure best practice in CDM compliance and oversee dedicated H&S resources to maintain a consistent, proactive safety approach. You collaborate across teams to embed safety systems, drive continuous improvement using lean methodologies, and promote a strong safety culture through leadership and coaching. Acting as a subject matter expert, you support project delivery teams, lead incident investigations, contribute to ISO 45001 audit programmes, and provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership and client stakeholders.What you'll bring
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification / experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a dedicated Health and Safety role preferably with a focus of Major Projects / MEICA delivery.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining ISO 45001 accredited management systems.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering Health and Safety improvement projects and initiatives influencing key stakeholders to continually improve culture.
  • Experience in leading a team of H&S professionals, delivering consistent and effective advice and outputs.
