- Reviews emails from project management team and works with lab staff to respond
- Job Tracking
- Review shipping status and due dates for incoming ICO jobs. Work with ICO Project Management to address as needed.
- Reviews production summary for assigned departments daily and provides status updates to ICO Project Management
- Assist management with identifying issues early and addressing them
- Records upcoming projects in department tracking spreadsheet.

- Assists with any other tasks as assigned
- Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Attend meetings within the laboratory
- Cross-training and/or assisting other departments
- Additional duties as assigned
- BS in Chemistry, Biology, or related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for a degree
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficiency with computers
- Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
- Strong attention to detail
- 1-3+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Professional communication skills
