More informal than its award-winning fine dining sister venue (featured in the Michelin Guide), this site delivers standout brunches, sharing plates, and Sunday roasts in a relaxed yet quality-driven environment.The group has opened four venues in the past three years, offering plenty of scope for the right person to grow as the business continues to expand. For an outstanding candidate, a profit share arrangement could also be considered.The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and self-motivated Restaurant Manager to run the venue day-to-day, ensuring smooth service, a motivated team, and consistently high standards.
