Are you an experienced Production Team Leader with a passion for quality and efficiency? We are looking for a proactive and hands-on leader to join our dynamic team, ensuring the smooth running of daily production activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. In this role, you will drive team performance, implement improvements, and solve challenges on the shop floor.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate production activities to meet targets and deadlines.Ensure production figures are accurately recorded and reported.Conduct regular quality patrols to maintain high standards.Continuously monitor and improve production processes and safety protocols.Develop and train team members to support personal and professional growth.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (maintenance, logistics, quality, etc.).Oversee stock control and participate in monthly/annual stock takes.What We’re Looking ForProven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Strong understanding of production processes, safety standards, and quality control.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement (desirable).Proficient in MS Office and production software.Why Join Us?Competitive salary with overtime options.Career development opportunities and training.
