This is a great opportunity for a chartered Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead a variety of commercial, residential, and public sector projects within an established and growing consultancy. You'll work autonomously across multiple schemes with supportive leadership, a sociable team culture, and clear routes for progression.You'll lead multiple projects from conception to completion across a variety of sectors, including:
  • Residential new-build (private and affordable)
  • Commercial office fit-outs (CAT A and B)
  • Local government and public sector developments
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing projects independently and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Acting as the key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Executing comprehensive contract administration (JCT-traditional and D&B)
  • Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project delivery
  • Implementing robust risk management strategies
  • Driving reporting and performance tracking across multiple schemes
  • Contributing to a high-performing, sociable, and supportive team environment

  • Solid experience delivering commercial or residential projects within a consultancy or client-side environment
  • A deep understanding of JCT contract forms and project lifecycle management
  • A track record of autonomy, initiative, and client-facing delivery
  • Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or working towards it with clear near-term timeline
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in sectors such as residential (tight-margin schemes), public sector, local government, or commercial property
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in business development and networking
