Leading Law firmYou should have broad property litigation experience and have good knowledge of residential property issues, with a focus on issues arising from the Building Safety Act 2022.The department acts for a broad range of clients and you can work from home 2 days a week.If you have at least 6 years experience in real estate litigation and have residential experience of dealing in Building safety issues; Non building safety related service charge matters including s.27A applications, s.20 consultation, breach of covenant and related Tribunal proceedings and Enforcement of easements and restrictive covenants; then please do get in touch with me for more information on this opportunity.
