We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a prestigious project on Mersea Island. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a unique residential development and showcase your expertise in managing high-end construction projects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all on-site activities, ensuring the project progresses according to schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Oversee health and safety compliance, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Implement quality control measures to uphold the project's high-end standards.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in high-end one-off residential builds.
  • Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) certifications.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
