- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection.
- Manage the recruitment, retention, and professional development of staff, fostering a supportive and aspirational culture.
- Ensure the school meets statutory obligations and standards set by Ofsted, SIAMS and the Department for Education.
