*Take charge of project schedules, budgets, and health andamp; safety compliance.
*Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
*Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and projects are handed over successfully.
*Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
*Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.About You*Proven background in project management within fit out and refurbishment (commercial interiors experience desirable).
*Knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and health andamp; safety practices.
*Strong leadership, organisation, and communication abilities.
*Capable of managing multiple projects at once.
*Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide.
*Applications from Graduate Project Managers are also welcomed.Qualifications*Degree, HNC, or HND in Construction Management, Project Management, Building Surveying, or similar (essential).
*SMSTS and CSCS (essential).
*First Aid at Work (desirable).
*Professional membership with CIOB, RICS, or APM (advantageous).Salary and Benefits*£40,000 - £52,000 per annum (depending on experience).
