Pay Rate: £155 – £220 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-timeAre you a creative and passionate Art Teacher eager to inspire students and nurture their artistic talents?GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Art Teacher to join a welcoming school in Conisbrough, DN12. As an Art Teacher, you will provide students with the opportunity to express themselves through various art forms while developing their technical and creative skills.Responsibilities as an Art Teacher:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality Art lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers to develop the art curriculum and resources.
  • Support students' personal and artistic growth, helping them build confidence and a love for the arts.
Requirements for Art Teacher:
  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
  • Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching Art at school level.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • A valid, enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, with any gaps clearly explained.
