Are you an early-career Health, Safety, Quality, or Compliance professional looking for a hands-on role with mentoring and growth opportunities?   • Split your time 50/50 between the office and the factory floor.
  • Maintain audit files, training records, and compliance documents.
  • Walk the factory, ensuring PPE compliance and spotting safety risks.
  • Report accidents, near misses, and non-conformances.
  • Support risk assessments, audits, and ISO compliance.
  • Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HSE/QSHE or compliance administration.
  • Super organised, detail-oriented, with excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Confident following instructions and taking ownership of tasks.
  • Comfortable working both in-office and on the factory floor.
  • Motivated to learn, grow, and be mentored by a manager who has 12 years’ experience in the business.
