
Health, Safety & Compliance Administrator

- Split your time 50/50 between the office and the factory floor.
- Maintain audit files, training records, and compliance documents.
- Walk the factory, ensuring PPE compliance and spotting safety risks.
- Report accidents, near misses, and non-conformances.
- Support risk assessments, audits, and ISO compliance.
- Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HSE/QSHE or compliance administration.
- Super organised, detail-oriented, with excellent spelling and grammar.
- Confident following instructions and taking ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable working both in-office and on the factory floor.
- Motivated to learn, grow, and be mentored by a manager who has 12 years’ experience in the business.
