- Support the Head Chef in running kitchen operations across multiple events
- Lead and inspire a team of chefs to deliver high-volume, high-quality service
- Ensure consistency and attention to detail in every dish
- Oversee prep, stock management, and HACCP compliance
- Adapt to different styles of service, from fine dining to large-scale banqueting
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in events, fine dining, or high-volume catering
- A hands-on leader with strong organisational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver results in fast-paced environments
- Creativity, passion, and a keen eye for presentation
