Job DescriptionJob Type: Variable hours contractHourly Rate: £13.85 per hourKey Responsibilities:
  • Greeting members and guests as they arrive, providing a warm welcome and assisting with seating arrangements.
  • Ensure all guests are seated quickly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure the offering is communicated accurately to the guests.
  • Monitor event activity to anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front-of-house area, back of house area, including the dining room.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the guest experience and maximizing revenue.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, hospitality, and guest service at all times.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience within a event environment
  • Previous experience within a members' establishment (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to act with initiative
  • Supportive team player
  • Confidence to interact with key clients, members and guests
