Assistant Branch Manager - Benchmarx Kitchens, BathReady to take the next step in your career?Are you a confident communicator with a strong background in customer service? We're currently looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Benchmarx Bath.What you'll be doingAs an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the branch. You'll:
  • Learn all aspects of branch operations and confidently lead the team in the Branch Manager's absence.
  • Coach and support colleagues to meet performance and service targets.
  • Get involved in all areas of the business - from supporting CAD designs to organising deliveries in the warehouse.
  • Ensure customers receive outstanding service and advice, tailored to their needs.
This is a hands-on role that requires great organisational skills and a proactive attitude. You'll play a key part in creating and maintaining strong relationships with local tradespeople and customers, helping to grow sales and boost profitability.Is this you?We're looking for someone who:
  • Has experience managing or supervising a team OR a strong customer service background with the ambition to step up.
  • Is organised, approachable, and confident working in a fast-paced, trade-focused environment.
  • Enjoys building long-term relationships with customers and delivering a personalised service.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence, as travel may occasionally be required.
Industry experience isn't essential, we're more interested in your attitude, passion, and willingness to learn.
