With minimum visits of one hour, award winning paid training, and an excellent reputation, we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide.The Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking to recruit people who live in Borehamwood, Hatfield, Potter's Bar and Welwyn areas, and who are looking to ultimately make a career working within the Adult Care Sector- this is your chance to join the fastest growing service industry in the UK, and the leading provider of care to the elderly.We are now seeking people to work with our elderly clients and can negotiate with you your availability - tell us what suits you, and let us work our magic (within reason).We are also very happy to speak to people looking for a couple of hours work each day, including weekend's - so if you are retired, bored, in need of extra income, looking for new friends, or keen to give something back, then give us a call.We do require all staff work their agreed hours on alternate weekends - essential.You must be passionate about what you do, with your own car - essential because we travel between clients and 'drive them to appointments' on a daily basis. You must also have a full British Driving Licence.You must have the Right to Work in the UK and this will be established later during any recruitment process. We are currently NOT licenced to sponsor people and are unable to use people currently sponsored by other companies.Job DescriptionWe provide the whole range of care to our clients including personal care, home help duties and companionship. All staff will be fully trained by us, meaning we are happy to consider people who have not worked in Adult Care previously.We pride ourselves in the quality of care our clients receive and are looking to recruit members of staff who will take a share of that pride and provide a truly superior service to the elderly within our community.Your rewards:

  • Rates of £12.00 per hour, with benefits averaging £14.00 per hour.
  • Evening and weekend rates paid at higher rate.
  • Double time on Bank Holidays.
  • £0.30/per mile - £0.45/per mile for travel.
  • Paid travel time between clients (some restrictions apply).
  • All training, in person or e-learning fully paid.
  • Minimum 1-hour visits - no dashing between clients.
  • Holiday and Pension paid.
