Job Views 27DescriptionOn behalf of our returning private clients, we are seeking two experienced and confident Rota Nannies to care for their new-born baby (8 weeks old)The role will be sole charge within a fully staffed household, so the ideal candidates will be self-sufficient, dynamic, and able to balance guiding the mother while also respecting and following parental preferences.The family is currently based mainly in Virginia Water but soon will split time between London (Holland Park) during the week and weekends in Virginia Water.Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off rota (could consider 2 weeks on/off)Daily Responsibilities (but not limited to):
  • Providing high-quality care for the new-born baby
  • Managing all nursery duties
  • Supporting feeding, sleeping, and developmental routines
  • Guiding and supporting the mother with new-born care while following her requirements
  • Being confident and proactive in a fully staffed household
Requirements:
  • Proven experience caring for new-borns in private households
  • Confident, dynamic, and able to work both independently and in collaboration with parents
  • Pet-friendly - the family has two dogs at home
  • Flexibility to work between London and Virginia Water
Accommodation: Ensuite room provided while on duty (possibility to be Live-out while in London.Salary: £60k gross per year (negotiable for the right candidate)Start Date: mid-October at the latestUnless otherwise specified, a minimum of 2 years' relevant new-born nanny experience in private households is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.Randolph's is an employment agency and employment business authorised to advertise this role on behalf of our clients.
