Communicate with customers and suppliers of all levels from functional contributors to business leaders. Co-ordinate and manage complex issues with multiple suppliers, partners and stakeholders. Provide feedback on process improvements, and support those changes to improve team efficiency. Working on process improvements within the Service Order Management team. Ensure that any and all potential risks/exposures are escalated immediately Minimum 5 GCSE, Grade C or above Previous experience in an Order Management / Project Administration role is must. Electrical industry experience desirable but not required. IT knowledge: Microsoft Office, including Excel at an intermediate level, SAP & Salesforce experience would be an advantage. Good communicator Practical problem solver, able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to plan, organise, prioritise and document actions.
