We're seeking a Senior Valuations Analyst to own and evolve valuation model development. This is a hands-on role where curiosity, fresh ideas, and commercial impact go hand in hand.
If you were in the role today, you'd be:
- Owning and enhancing complex credit card valuation models
- Monitoring performance, updating assumptions, and presenting insight
- Modelling new opportunities across multiple products
- Deliver valuations that assess profitability across lending products and customer vintages
- Build and refine models projecting revenue, costs, losses, and profitability
- Identify trends and insights through exploratory analysis
- Apply statistical techniques to validate assumptions
- Refresh models regularly in line with new data and conditions
- Drive automation and improvements in the valuations framework
- Analyse variances between forecast and actuals to guide strategy
- Own P&L for lending products, influencing commercial outcomes
- Communicate complex findings clearly to all audiences

- Degree in Maths, Stats, Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years' experience in valuations, credit, or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel modelling and strong SQL skills
- Proven communicator with technical and non-technical audiences
- Process-driven and improvement-focused
- Credit card valuation modelling experience
- Statistical grounding of assumptions
- Migration of models into Python
- Understanding of how valuations connect to wider business planning
