We are working with one of our award winning clients based in Manchester who are looking to bring in an Audit Assistant Manager, they are looking for someone who has extensive experience within Audit and leading teams.Audit Assistant Manager – The Role:Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completionSupervise and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and supportLiaise directly with clients, managing expectations and delivering a high level of serviceEnsure audits are delivered on time and within budgetReview audit work papers and financial statements for accuracy and complianceIdentify risk areas and recommend practical solutionsSupport managers and partners with business development and client proposalsAbout You:ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)Proven experience in leading audits within a practice environmentStrong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standardsExcellent communication and leadership skillsOrganised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple engagementsA proactive, collaborative approach and a desire to grow with the businessAudit Assistant Manager – The Package:Competitive salary of £50,000 – £52,000Hybrid and flexible working options25 days annual leave + bank holidaysEnhanced pension contributionsOngoing professional development and clear progression pathA supportive, collaborative team culture with regular social events
