Roadside Vehicle Technician

- Basic Salary: £48,720 per annum
- On-Target Earnings: £50,000 - £54,000 per annum
- Hours: Equivalent of 40 hours per week, with flexible shifts scheduled between 6am and 2am
- Rota: Issued weekly
- Responding to roadside breakdowns and carrying out on-the-spot repairs
- Diagnosing faults using a range of tools and equipment
- Providing calm, confident support to motorists in often stressful situations
- Liaising with the central support team to update job progress
- Working a flexible shift pattern including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Occasionally staying overnight depending on rota requirements
- Upholding a high standard of service and representing the brand professionally
- A Level 2 (or above) qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance
- Solid mechanical and electrical diagnostic experience
- A strong customer service focus with clear communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to adapt to a changing schedule and travel when required
