What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Social Worker and play a vital role in supporting children and families across Flintshire. In this role, you will:
  • carry and manage a diverse caseload within children’s services
  • deliver direct support and tailored interventions to vulnerable families
  • contribute to high-quality assessments, care planning, and court reports
  • attend and lead multi-agency meetings, including child protection conferences
  • work within legislative frameworks and local procedures to safeguard children
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • a current and valid Social Work England registration
  • experience in child protection, care proceedings and family support
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • the ability to manage risk and work collaboratively with partner agencies
  • a flexible and organised approach to managing a busy caseload
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role is full-time, Monday to Friday. The initial contract is for 3 months with the potential to extend based on service needs and performance.This opportunity won’t last long!
