- Own your territory: Prospect and develop new business opportunities across the London & the South East region, focusing on SME fleets of all shapes and sizes.
- Be on the ground: This is a field-based role-expect to be out meeting customers, understanding their operations, and identifying how SVAT can support their success.
- Lead with insight: Stay on top of local market trends, upcoming projects, and commercial developments to open doors and start meaningful conversations.
- Consult and collaborate: Understand your customer's unique needs and craft tailored solutions using the full SVAT product portfolio.
- Close deals and build loyalty: Generate your own leads, convert them into trading accounts, and provide ongoing support that turns first-time customers into long-term partners.
- Keep it clean and current: Accurately log all activity and customer information into our CRM system (Salesforce) and maintain high data integrity.
- Proven B2B sales success, ideally in mobility services, vehicle rental/leasing, or automotive industries.
- A strong background in new business development and the confidence to independently generate, pursue, and close your own leads.
- A structured, strategic approach to sales-with the agility to adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Self-motivation and energy-you enjoy being out in the field, meeting people, and going the extra mile to win business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce (preferred but not essential).
