Job Title: Gas EngineerLocation: Swindon/ BristolSalary: £40,000Industry: Facilities ManagementWe are working with a successful facilities management business based in Swindon, Bristol to bring you this Gas Engineer opportunity. This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance electrician who is looking to join a growing business that has exceptional progression opportunities alongside a positive culture.Job Duties:This role will involve carrying out reactive maintenance, PPMs and servicing on a range of commercial properties around South West. Some of the Job duties will include:

Carry out servicing and repairs of commercial gas appliances and plant
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and to a high standard
Ensure all works are completed in line with current gas regulations and health & safety legislation
Complete and maintain accurate documentation and service reports
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Participate in the company’s out-of-hours emergency rota
Work collaboratively with other engineers and support staff to meet SLAs and deadlines

Requirements:

Valid and in-date domestic gas certifications
Commercial or Domestic Gas Safe registered
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a domestic or commercial gas role
Full UK driving licence
Based in Swindon or within a 30-minute radius
