This position is based in Aylesbury and offers a competitive salary with attractive overtime and lodge benefits.The opportunityOur client is seeking a skilled Earthworks Supervisor to oversee operations on a large-scale project involving bulk earthworks and highway works. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing site gangs and delivering projects to a high standard.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for supervising daily operations on site, ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with company policies. Maintaining accurate records of work performed and coordinating with project managers to meet deadlines are key parts of the role.You will oversee the gangs on site, carry out toolbox talks, assist with inductions, and promptly address any concerns or conflicts among team members, maintaining a professional and supportive work environment.What we’re looking forCandidates must hold SSSTS and a CSCS Gold Card, with a strong background in earthworks.
