This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that blends centuries of engineering expertise with modern innovation, serving critical industrial and defence applications around the globe.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain robust, integrated project and programme schedulesCollaborate with Programme Managers and internal departments to align timelines, activities, and deliverablesMaintain and control schedule baselines, tracking progress against key milestonesAnalyse schedule performance and proactively identify potential delays or issuesProvide clear, actionable performance reports and recommendationsSupport schedule integration across interdependent projectsMonitor and resolve scheduling conflicts, constraints, and assumptionsCandidate Requirements:Proven experience as a Project Scheduler in a complex project environmentExperience in a manufacturing or engineering business preferredProficiency in MS Project or similar scheduling toolsScheduling certification (e.g., PMI-SP) desirableMinimum A-level education; a degree is preferredStrong analytical, organisational, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively across departments and stakeholder groupsWhy Join?Our clieny is a trusted name in power transmission with operations in 24 locations and a workforce of over 1,200 employees.
