- Masters Degree level (or equivalent experience) plus additional specialist knowledge of a particular area of work e.g. HR, Finance, Performance, Clinical/Nursing expertise.
- Knowledge of HR policy & processes relating to employee relations issues e.g. Disciplinary; Grievance & Bullying & Harassment/Dignity at Work & Discrimination.
- Producing & presenting detailed reports to Senior Management/Boards on highly complex and/or contentious matters.
- Undertaking investigations/inquiries in complex healthcare (public sector) organisations.
- Good time management skills i.e. proven track record of completing work tasks on time.
- Able to work on own initiative, self-motivated with excellent people management skills
