- Job Title: Nursery Room Leader
- Location: Battersea, SW8 London
- Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Lead and manage the daily running of the nursery room, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Support, mentor, and supervise room staff, ensuring high-quality practice and professional development
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and team members
- Monitor and record children’s progress, ensuring individual learning needs are met
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
- Level 3 or above in Childcare/Early Years qualification
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or in a senior nursery role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
