- £30,000 per year plus circa £3,000 to £5,000 service charge
- Working 48 hours per week with a mix of straight and split shifts - flexibility available
- Cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a well-run kitchen
- Strong support from a Head Chef who's passionate about mentoring
- Great exposure to all areas of the kitchen, which is ideal for growth and progression
- Taking charge of your section and delivering consistently high-quality plates
- Working closely with a small team to prep and serve for around 50 covers
- Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations, from mise en place to service
- Bringing positive energy and a strong work ethic to every shift
- Learning from experienced chefs and contributing to a warm, collaborative atmosphere
