
Legal Secretary

- Experience in production of legal documents, making amendments when asked and using software to track changes and also preparing comparison documents;
- Competent diary management skills to include organising meetings and appointments;
- Preparation of client bills and client reporting;
- Responsibility for file maintenance and correspondence;
- General ad-hoc administration duties;
- Confident telephone manner handling telephone and face to face, with a sensitive approach, enquiries from clients and third parties;
- Strong audio and copy typing skills.
- Proficient with Outlook, Word and preferably Excel. Experience with Lexis Nexis Smart Forms would be an advantage but not essential.
