We are working with a Chesterfield based house builder to recruit a Technical Coordinator.The role involves managing the production and coordination of technical design information to ensure it is accurate, complete, and delivered on time. The successful candidate will oversee design efficiency, support project delivery, and contribute to achieving time and budget targets.Key Responsibilities:Manage external consultants and produce key technical documents.Coordinate utility providers and meet performance targets.Take responsibility for one or more projects, depending on experience.Support the resolution of design changes and technical issues during construction.Conduct regular site visits and ensure timely discharge of planning and building regulations.Provide information to the Sales team and assist with legal documentation.Maintain up-to-date information flow to subcontractors.Support and mentor junior team members.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Construction, Sales).Liaise with external consultants, subcontractors, and statutory bodies.Requirements:Construction-related qualification and 2+ years' experience in a technical role.Strong communication, IT, and problem-solving skills.Experience with AutoCAD and technical layout preparation.Full driving licence.Desirable (Training Provided):Familiarity with Mac OS, Procore, and CSCS accreditationTo apply, please send your CV to natalie@threcruit.co.uk or contact Natalie Oakley on 07812 993513 for a confidential conversation.
