Our client a specialist construction contractor who provide fit out, design and build and refurbishment services for a diverse range of client throughout the UK.They currently require an experienced Site Manager for 8 weeks to help complete a project.
  • Location: Liverpool
  • Type of Project: Site Manager for a Student Accommodation Building
Criteria:
  • Management CSCS qualification
  • SMSTS and First Aid
  • Strong Fit Out/Finishing experience
  • Strong Management experience
  • Experience working on student accommodation projects is desirable
  • Very strong Health & Safety experience
  • Great communication skills, IT skills and ability to work with different trades
  • Working references – required
